Product information and accuracy

We describe every tool as accurately as we can, including what it is not suited to. Specifications, dimensions and performance figures are supplied to us by manufacturers, and manufacturers occasionally revise a product without notice. Photographs are illustrative; colours can differ between screens, and packaging and accessory sets are sometimes changed by the maker.

If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, specifications and pricing at any time, including after an order has been placed. Where a correction materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before the order ships and you may cancel it for a full refund.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in United States dollars unless your browser is displaying a converted currency, in which case the converted figure is an estimate and the transaction is processed in US dollars. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may be charged on delivery outside the United States. Stock levels change continually and we cannot guarantee that an item shown as available will remain so until you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Intellectual property

The YardEdgePro name and logo, together with the text, layout, photography and design of this website, are our property or are used by us under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Other companies' trade marks. Where the name of another manufacturer appears on this site, it is used solely to describe compatibility — for example, to tell you that a tool accepts a particular style of battery fitting. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here does not imply that we are affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies, and it does not imply that the products we sell are made by them.

Safe use of the products we sell

We sell power tools and garden machinery. Used carelessly, these can cause serious injury. Read the manufacturer's manual before first use, wear the protective equipment the manual specifies, and do not use a tool for a job it was not designed for. Nothing written on this website — including guidance in our buying guide or product pages — replaces the manufacturer's instructions or professional advice. Keep tools and batteries away from children.

This site may link to websites we do not control, including carrier tracking services and payment providers. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or privacy practices of any external site, and a link should not be taken as an endorsement.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong with an order, please email info@yardedgepro.com with your order number and we will try to resolve it directly. We would always rather fix a problem ourselves than have you go through a card issuer. If we cannot reach an agreement, you retain every right available to you under the consumer law that applies where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies in your country of residence.
