Ordering and shipping
Yes, and it is the only shipping we offer. Free standard shipping to every address in the United States and Canada, no minimum spend. One rate at checkout, and it costs nothing. We do not sell paid upgrades, so there is nothing to decline and nothing hidden behind a faster option.
7 to 10 days from the day you order, to the United States and to Canada. That is the window at checkout and the one we hold ourselves to.
It is not a marketing number. Most orders so far have arrived inside a week and almost all within ten days. Now and then one gets stuck in transit and takes considerably longer. If that is yours, we chase the carrier rather than tell you to wait. Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days.
Order by 1 December for the United States or 28 November for Canada and it arrives in time. Real dates worked back from our actual delivery window, not a countdown clock. Order after them and we will tell you straight that it lands in January.
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves, and you can follow it any time on the Track Your Order page. Tracking often goes quiet for a few days mid-transit then jumps forward, which is normal. If it is silent for more than a week, email us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
Not at the moment. Those are the two countries we can deliver to reliably and take returns from without the shipping cost swallowing the value of the item. We also cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO and FPO addresses, because our carriers need a street address.
Returns and problems
Thirty days, money back, no restocking fee, and you do not have to justify it to us. We would rather you sent back something that did not suit the job than kept one you resent. Email us before posting anything so we can send the return address.
Email info@yardedgepro.com with your order number and a photo, including anything missing from the box. Photos let us sort it in one message instead of five. We replace or refund, your choice rather than ours, and that is our cost, not yours.
Once your return arrives we inspect it and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank can take a few days more to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still cannot see it, email us and we will investigate.
Yes, twelve months against defects on the power tools and their batteries, on top of the 30-day money-back guarantee. It covers a motor, a switch or a battery that fails in normal use. It does not cover consumables like trimmer line, or damage from accident or misuse.
Batteries and cordless
Most of the cordless range runs on the same 21V packs, so batteries from one tool generally serve another. The 40V leaf blower is on its own higher-voltage system and its packs swap with nothing else. Each product page lists the battery it takes, so check before assuming.
Runtime, not power. A 4.0Ah pack does not make the tool stronger, it makes it run roughly twice as long before you swap. Volts are power, amp-hours are endurance. Buy the bigger pack if you work in long sessions, not because you think it hits harder.
No carbon brushes to wear out, less energy wasted as heat, more of each charge turned into work, and a longer service life. It is one of the few spec-sheet words that reliably means something. Where a tool here is brushless, its page says so.

Yard and garden tools
Our best seller by a distance. It trims and it edges, so the long grass along a fence and the clean line along a path come off the same head. Two 21V batteries in the box, so one charges while you work.
The head rotates 180 degrees, which is what lets you cut the top of a hedge flat without standing on something you should not be standing on. Dual-action blades, two 21V batteries.
Drill, impact driver and impact wrench in one brushless body. 550 N·m, three speeds, LED light, two 4.0Ah batteries. The sensible first cordless tool if you own none.
For branches you would otherwise get a ladder out for. 800W brushless, 8-inch bar, about 15 ft of reach from the ground. Cutting overhead means eye protection, every time.
680 CFM for wet leaves and gravel paths. Worth knowing before you order: this is the one tool on 40V, so its batteries do not swap with the 21V tools.
For seized lug nuts and suspension bolts. Use impact-rated sockets, because chrome hand sockets shatter, and set final wheel-nut torque with a proper torque wrench. Breakaway torque is a number for undoing, not tightening.
One-handed, 6-inch bar, for branches and small logs. It is not a felling saw. Check chain tension before every use, because a loose chain is how these hurt people.
Cuts up to 30mm on a trigger pull. Bought mostly by people whose hands give out before the pruning does, whether that is arthritis, a big garden, or both.
No wiring and no socket, so it goes where running power would cost more than the light. Be realistic about placement: a shaded north wall in December will not charge like an open south one in June.
Oval, four feet by two, galvanised steel, flat-packed. Raised beds are bought for backs as much as for soil, and this one puts the work at a height you can reach standing up.
The cheapest thing we sell. Several spray patterns off one trigger, from a jet for paving to a soft fan for seedlings.
Home, winter and seasonal
Pours and self-levels into cracks in a driveway, garage floor or path. Do it before the first freeze: water sitting in a crack expands as it freezes, and that is what turns a cheap job into an expensive one.
A magnetic holder grips the blade at a fixed 15 or 20 degrees and you roll a diamond stone along it, so the angle cannot drift. Four set sizes. It will not do serrated bread knives, because a flat stone cannot reach into the scallops.
Boil and bite, so it moulds to your own bite rather than an average one. Sold in multipacks because a guard that has lost its shape has stopped working. Not for children, one user per guard, and speak to a dentist first if you have dental work, jaw pain or diagnosed sleep apnoea.
Five warmth settings from 104°F to 140°F, with vibration. It is a comfort product and nothing more, not a medical device, and it treats no condition. Do not sleep in it, and do not use it at all if you have reduced sensation in your feet, because you may not feel it getting too hot.
Tilt it up and it throws heat at you, lay it flat and it boils a kettle. 1.3 kW with built-in ignition. The gas canister is sold separately, and wherever you use it, it needs ventilation.
Clears a 12.5 inch path up to 6 inches deep and throws the snow up to 26 ft, so your back never takes the load. 21V, battery and charger included. Not for a two-foot drift, packed ice, or a gravel drive, because it will throw the gravel too.
Sifts after every use, so clean litter falls back through and is reused while only the clumps reach the 10 litre drawer. One cat is about ten days between emptying, four cats about three. Bentonite or mineral clumping litter only, because tofu and crystal jam the sieve. Open topped, with infrared sensors that stop the drum the moment a cat approaches.
