Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free standard shipping to every address in the United States and Canada, with no minimum spend. Priority and express upgrades are offered at checkout if you'd rather it moved faster.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the speed you choose, and you'll see all three with their prices at checkout before you pay. Free Shipping is 15 to 19 days. Priority is $3.99 and 9 to 13 days. Express is $6.99 and 4 to 6 days to the United States.

Those are delivery windows counted from dispatch, and we process orders within 24 hours on working days. We'd rather publish the real numbers than a comfortable one you'd hold us to.

Two items ship differently

The 6" Circular Saw and the Reciprocating Saw arrive with a EU-style plug, so you'll need an adapter, and they take longer than the rest of the range. We put that on those product pages rather than hiding it here, because it's the kind of thing you'd want to know before you click buy, not after.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves, and you can follow it any time on the Track Your Order page. Tracking often goes quiet for several days mid-transit and then jumps forward — that's normal. If it's silent for more than a week, email us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves rather than telling you to wait.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Not at the moment. Those are the two countries we can deliver to reliably and take returns from without the shipping cost swallowing the value of the tool. We also can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses — our carriers need a street address.

What if I buy the wrong tool?

Thirty days, money back, no restocking fee. You don't have to justify it to us. We would genuinely rather you sent back a tool that didn't suit the job than kept one you resent. Email us before posting anything so we can send you the return address.

It arrived damaged, faulty or incomplete.

Email info@yardedgepro.com with your order number and a photo, including anything missing from the box. Photos let us sort it in one message instead of five. We'll replace or refund — your choice, not ours — and that's our cost, not yours.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives we inspect it and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank can take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still can't see it, email us and we'll investigate.

Is there a warranty after the thirty days?

Yes — twelve months against defects in the tool or its batteries, on top of the 30-day money-back guarantee. That covers a motor, a switch or a battery that stops working in normal use. It doesn't cover consumables like trimmer line, or damage from an accident or misuse. If something fails inside that year, email us with your order number and what's happening and we'll repair or replace it.

Will one battery fit more than one tool?

Most of the cordless range runs on the same 21V packs, so batteries from one tool generally serve another. The 40V leaf blower is on its own higher-voltage system. Each product page lists the battery it takes — check that page before assuming, and email us if you want it confirmed for a specific pair of tools.

What's the difference between 2.0Ah and 4.0Ah?

Runtime, not power. A 4.0Ah pack doesn't make the tool stronger — it makes it run roughly twice as long before you swap. Volts are power, amp-hours are endurance. Buy the bigger pack if you work in long sessions, not because you think it hits harder.

What does "brushless" actually get me?

No carbon brushes to wear out and replace, less energy wasted as heat, more of each charge turned into work, and a longer service life. It's one of the few spec-sheet words that reliably means something. Where a tool in this range is brushless, its page says so.

Cordless or petrol for leaves?

For a normal residential yard, cordless wins on almost every axis — no fuel, no pull cord, far quieter, and it starts on a trigger in November. Petrol earns its place on acreage, long driveways and heavy tree cover, where endurance beats convenience. The backpack blower runs at 112 dB and petrol blowers are restricted or banned in a growing number of US towns — check your local ordinance before you order one.

Which impact wrench should I buy?

For seized lug nuts and suspension bolts, the 1200 N·m is the one most people should buy. Whichever you choose, use impact-rated sockets — chrome hand sockets shatter — and set your final wheel-nut torque with a proper torque wrench. Breakaway torque is a number for undoing things, not for tightening them.

I've never welded. Is the MIG-160 too much machine?

The opposite. It's synergic — you tell it what you're welding and it sets the voltage and wire speed itself, which is precisely the part that defeats beginners. Get an auto-darkening helmet, gloves and a fire extinguisher first, run beads on scrap for an afternoon, and you'll be joining real work by evening. Read the product page in full before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay if you'd rather not type card details. You'll see every option available to you at checkout before anything is charged.

Is checkout secure?

Payment is handled by Shopify's own encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Our privacy policy and refund policy are linked in the footer of every page.
