Most jobs on a car are lost to two things: a fastener that will not move, and a fastener you cannot reach.
Those are different problems and they need different tools, which is the mistake people make when they buy one wrench and expect it to do everything. An impact wrench breaks a seized lug nut loose. An extended ratchet gets into the gap behind the pulley where nothing else fits. Buy for the problem you actually have.
