That window is counted from the day your order is dispatched, and it is the same to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order — there is no paid option to choose and nothing extra to pay at checkout.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves. Tracking often goes quiet for a few days mid-transit and then jumps forward several stages at once — that is normal. If it is silent for more than a week, email info@yardedgepro.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
We ship to the United States and Canada only, and our carriers need a street address, so we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders going to Canada may attract import duties collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns & 12-month warranty
Returns & 12-month warranty
30 days to change your mind. From the day it arrives, for any reason at all — including simply not getting on with it. No restocking fee. The tool needs to come back unused with its accessories and packaging.
12-month warranty. Against defects in the tool or its batteries. That covers a motor, a switch or a battery that stops working in normal use. It does not cover consumables or damage from an accident.
Damaged, faulty or missing parts? Email info@yardedgepro.com with your order number and a photo. That is our mistake to fix, at our cost.
Please contact us before posting anything back, so we can send you the return address.

Every house has a room the heating never reached, and every one of them is only useful for seven months of the year.
The garage where the bench is. The workshop at the bottom of the garden. The shed, the porch, the cabin, the back of the truck. You know exactly which one yours is, because there is a job sitting in it right now that you have been putting off since October — not because it is difficult, but because standing still in there for forty minutes in January is miserable.
This is 1.3 kilowatts of heat that runs off a butane canister costing a couple of dollars and lights at the push of a button. No socket, no extension lead across the floor, no waiting for a space to warm up before you can start.
It does two jobs, and that is the point
Head tilted up
A heater
Angle it towards yourself and it throws warmth the way a patio heater does — straight at you, rather than slowly raising the temperature of a whole cold room it was never going to win against. You feel it in under a minute.
Head laid flat
A stove
Drop it level and the stainless ring on top takes a pan. The same canister that warmed your hands boils the kettle, does eggs, or heats a tin. One unit, carried in one hand.
This is why people who buy it for the garage end up taking it camping, and people who buy it for camping end up leaving it in the garage.
The important part, not buried at the bottom
It burns gas. It needs air.
Anything that burns fuel uses up oxygen and produces carbon monoxide, which you cannot see or smell. That is not a reason to avoid this — it is a reason to use it the way it is meant to be used, which costs you nothing.
Always
- Leave the garage door up a foot, a window cracked, or a vent open
- Stand it level, on something solid
- Keep about a metre clear of anything that catches
- Let it cool before it goes back in a bag or a box
Never
- In a sealed room with no airflow at all
- Burning while anyone is asleep
- Left lit while you walk away from it
- Inside a tent, a camper or a closed vehicle
If what you want is something to leave running overnight in a closed bedroom, buy an electric heater. That is the job electric heaters exist for, and we would rather tell you that than take your money for the wrong tool.
Where it earns its place
What it costs to run
Worth knowing before you buy, because gas appliances are where the running cost usually hides.
| Gas use at full output | About 90 g per hour |
| A standard 227 g canister | Roughly two and a half hours wide open |
| Turned down | Considerably longer than that |
| Where to buy canisters | Any hardware shop, supermarket or camping aisle |
Canisters are not included and cannot be. Butane is classed as dangerous goods, so it cannot be flown or posted — nobody can ship you one, which is why every seller of every one of these leaves it out of the box.

Questions people ask first
Can I really use it indoors?
In a space with some airflow, yes — a garage with the door cracked, a workshop with a window open, a shed with a vent. That covers most of the places people actually want heat. Not a sealed room, and not while anyone is asleep.
Does it come with gas?
No. You get the heater. See the note above on why nobody can ship butane — pick canisters up locally for a couple of dollars.
Will it heat my whole garage?
It will heat you, quickly and well. At 1.3 kW it is not going to raise the temperature of a double garage with the door open, and we are not going to claim it will. Point it at where you are standing and it does the job you bought it for.
Can it really cook, or is that marketing?
It cooks. The stainless ring holds a pan, and 1.3 kW boils a kettle, does eggs, or heats a tin. It is a camp stove that also points upward.
Is it hard to light in the cold?
Push-button ignition, so there is nothing to strike and nothing to prime. Butane does get sluggish in genuinely hard frost — keeping the canister somewhere above freezing before you use it is the usual trick.
What if it is not for me?
Thirty days, money back, no restocking fee.
Get the cold space back
One canister, two jobs, carried in one hand — and a bench you can stand at in February. Used with a door cracked and never left burning unattended, it is one of the most useful things in a cold garage.
