This or the 40V cordless?
Honestly: if you have a normal yard, buy the cordless. It's quieter, lighter, starts on a trigger and needs no fuel. Buy this one when the property is big enough that runtime and raw output decide the job — several acres, long gravel drives, commercial grounds, or clearing after a storm.
Do I have to mix the fuel?

How heavy is it to wear?
