Being shipped from abroad, it also takes longer to reach you than something sent from a domestic warehouse. Neither kit ships from the United States.
On the tool itself: this is a homeowner and serious-DIY saw. Shelving, decking, fencing, stud work, sheet goods, cutting a door down — it does all of that properly. It is not a framing crew's saw. If you are cutting rafters all day every day, buy a full-size corded saw on a trade warranty instead.
And it is not a precision tool on its own. Freehand cuts are rough cuts. The straight edges come from the rip fence or a clamped batten — which is true of every circular saw ever made.

Where does it ship from, and what plug does it have?
Both kits ship from China Mainland, and the charger comes with a EU-style plug. Outside the EU you will need a plug adapter — an inexpensive thing, but worth ordering at the same time so the saw is not sitting in its box waiting for one.
One battery or two?
One if the saw is for occasional jobs. Two if you are building something in one go — a circular saw pulls hard, and swapping packs instead of waiting on a charger is what keeps a project moving.
Can I get a genuinely straight cut with it?
Yes — that is what the rip fence in the box is for. Set it against the edge of the board and every cut comes out parallel to that edge. For crosscuts, clamp a straight batten and run the shoe along it. Freehand is fine for rough work; the guide is what makes it look deliberate.
